Complex software,
made obvious.

A 60–90 second explainer that takes a first-time viewer from “what is this?” to “I need this.” Your actual UI in motion, one clear story, zero jargon.

The approach

Built to be understood on the first watch.

Most product videos fail because they demo features. An explainer earns attention by showing the change your product creates — then proving it with the interface.

I start from the one sentence a viewer has to walk away with, and every scene after that either sets it up or pays it off.

What you get
  • Narrative script — built on one core message, not a feature list
  • Animated UI walkthrough — of your real product, rebuilt in vector so it never looks like a screen recording
  • Custom iconography — and a motion system you can reuse
  • Sound design — plus voiceover direction or casting support
  • Every master — 16:9, 1:1 and 9:16 — website, sales deck, paid social
How it runs

Four steps, no blind flights.

You sign off at every stage, so nothing gets built on a wrong assumption.

01

Brief & message

We pin down audience, objection and the single message. Nothing gets animated before that's sharp.

02

Script & storyboard

Written, then boarded frame by frame — you approve the structure before any asset exists.

03

UI design & style frames

Your interface rebuilt animation-ready, plus the look locked in two key frames.

04

Animation, sound & delivery

Timing, easing and sound design — then masters in every ratio you need.

Questions

Good to know.

Helpful but not required. If there's no design file I rebuild the UI from screenshots — it usually ends up cleaner than the live product anyway.

Small UI changes are absorbed at the design stage for free. If the change lands after animation starts, we scope it as a separate revision round so nothing gets rebuilt blind.

Yes — script and narrative are part of every explainer. If you already have copy, I'll restructure it for video rather than start over.

Send me a link and a sentence about who it's for. I'll come back with the angle I'd take.
